Katarina Witt was born the third of December, 1965 in Staaken, East Germany. She is always looking for exciting opportunities and new the challenges. In the process, she has gained experience across a variety of fields, including figure skating, production, performance, presentation, and writing. Katarina Witt's illustrious professional career as an amateur is over following the 1988 World Championships. For the next three years she will be co-headlining in North America, and Canada the first of her professional shows together with Brian Boitano, the Calgary Olympic Champion as well as the Calgary Olympic Champion World Champion. The show "Witt and Boitano Skating" is so successful that the Madison Square Garden in New York is completely sold out the figure skating event for the first time in 10 years. The show returns her as a competitive athlete to the Olympic Games at Lillehammer, 1994 for her third appearance. In the following 10 years, she tours North America as an actor in "Champions on Ice" as well as the "Stars on Ice" as well as"Stars on Ice "Champions on Ice Tour" along with other figure skating shows. Additionally, she participates in many international professional events. She's been the driving force behind many shows on ice around the world. She develops the shows, writes the headlines, and then produces the shows with her company WITT. It is the leader in the skating production field, producing programs as "Divas of Ice", "Katarina & Friends", Enjoy Stars and Winter Magic", for US TV and German television.
